Delivery and shipping costs

We will process all orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot give a fixed delivery time, as this depends on the time of the order, the availability of the products and the daily form of your postman. However, orders received by us before 4 p.m. usually leave our warehouse on the same day.

All deliveries in Switzerland are sent by Swiss Post or DHL. Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein and only from a minimum order value of CHF 20. All orders are free of shipping costs. However, if the order value is less than CHF 100, we allow ourselves a small quantity surcharge of CHF 9.00.

Payment modalities

We offer the following payment options: TWINT, credit card (Mastercard and VISA)), Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfer or by invoice. The payment methods depend on various factors. It is not guaranteed that every payment method will be offered for every order. All payments are processed via secure connections on the Payrexx provider servers. We do not store any credit card and/or other payment data of customers.
